Funny how my previous post was a Power Smoothie and this is cookies. :P Variety is the spice of life.
I was planning the menu for the Seniors' Mom + Me Tea at school and needed to know how many cookies this recipe made so naturally, I had to make the cookies!
For the record, it makes EIGHT dozen and my kids are happy to have that many cookies in the pantry.
I originally got the recipe from a friend of mine at a Christmas Cookie Exchange that was my tradition to host before we moved here. I love that it's a sugar cookie, but you don't have to roll out the dough and cut it. You just make little balls, roll them in sugar, and bake them. They are wonderful cookies to have for Tea as well as a lunchbox sweet or an afternoon snack.
