Sometimes you just want a small bite of something sweet to satisfy a craving and you know if you have more than one bite, you'll wish you hadn't. We tried this recipe on New Year's Eve and they were gobbled up in about 2.35 seconds.
I baked them in mini muffin tins and then popped them into these festive papers to serve them. I'm sure you could just as easily bake them in the papers, too. I've made them a couple of times since for football game munchies and lunchbox treats.
Such a splendid recipe because the batter takes only five minutes and one bowl, 24 mini muffin spots, and 15 minutes baking time.
Feel free to frost them or top them with sprinkles and/or a single chocolate chip or decorate them in any way you wish. Personally, I'm all for the simple brownie.
Voila ... chocolate in less than 30 minutes!
